Job Title Archer Production Support Role Summary & Role Description The candidate must have 8+ years of Development and Production Support experience in Archer . This Production Support role for Archer IRM production support team that provides front line technical support to end users responding to issues related to Problem/Incident Management, Releases/Deployments, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, Infrastructure Setup, Issue debugging and Level 2 to Level 4 Support. Core/Must have skills The Archer IRM Production Support will be responsible for the Level 2 to Level 4 Support.A strong understanding of Archer\'s out-of-the-box solution offerings is required.Experience required related to moving configurations in accordance with SDLC methodologies leveraging Archer packaging. Experience with APIs and XML/XSLT is desired. Good to have Archer Professional Certification. Resolve platform & end user related issues Debug performance issues Prepare formal project documentation including requirements specifications, system design documents, current & future state diagrams, use cases and user manual Perform testing & migration support into different environments Assist business users during UAT, analyze and resolve production issues as needed Knowledge of Archer Installation and server maintenance of single host/multi host environments Perform admin tasks, Access Controls (Groups, Roles & Record permissions configuration) Technical Skills Hands on configuration and customization of Archer version 6.8 or later Solid understanding of configuring access control, record permissions, events and notifications in Archer Experience in creating fields, reports, iViews and dashboards in Archer Experience with calculated fields, access controls, advanced workflow and packaging Strong understanding of the system design and architecture concepts including service oriented architecture Strong analytical and debugging skills Hand on experience in Window Server Maintenance Hand on experience in upgrading Archer to latest version as required. Good to have skills Experience with Archer API development is addon.
