Our Accounts Receivable (AR) department is expanding, and we\'re on the lookout for talented individuals with a strong background in healthcare AR management to join our team. Role & Responsibilities: Engage in proactive outbound calls to insurance companies for follow-ups on outstanding claims, verification of claim status, and acceleration of the payment process. Efficiently process remittance advice from payers, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies. Skillfully use various payer portals for claim submissions, status checks, and appeals for denied claims. Accurately index and organize documents and information in the company\'s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) system, maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
