: Job Opening: Senior Associate/ Lead Associate - AR Collections Company: Leading MNC Location: Pune (Work from office) Experience: 3+ Years (Relevant 2+ years) Notice Period: Immediate-30 Days Shift: US Shift Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day collection activities and collections portfolio

• Managing dispute management and reducing PD% and open payments/credits

• Handling escalations and reporting numbers to Higher Management

• Taking initiative for team bonding and brainstorming activities

• Training new resources

• Reconciliations

• University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of education

• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

• Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools

• Fluency in English language, strong verbal communication, clear diction

• Good business awareness, teamwork, adaptability, time management

• Strong business awareness of the financial processes, AR collections, including knowledge of upstream and downstream processes and their impact on internal and external customers

• Telephone or chat-based support to resolve customer/vendor queries

• Adherence to normal contact center metrics defined for the processes, such as First Contact Resolution, Average Handle time, Average Speed of Answer, among others as relevant

• Support and guidance on the process to newer team members

• Finance Domain

• 2 to 7 years of Collections AR experience

• Fair knowledge of Excel

• University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of education

• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

• Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools

• Fluency in English language, strong verbal communication, clear diction

• Good business awareness, teamwork, adaptability, time management
