Job Title: AR Caller (Part-time)
Location: Kakkanad, [City Name]
Salary: ?10,500 - ?12,500 per month

Working Hours:

• 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Part-time)

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Male candidates preferred
• Fluency in English communication (both spoken and written)
• Ongoing graduate students (preferably from 1st or 2nd year) or PG students are preferred
• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting follow-up calls to USA-based clients/customers
• Handling inquiries and providing updates on accounts receivables (AR)
• Managing customer interactions and resolving issues as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls

Desired Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus but not mandatory
