Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow-up on outstanding claims for FQHC services.
• Handle denial management for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.
• Ensure compliance with FQHC billing guidelines (PPS, sliding fee scale).
• Submit appeals, correct claims, and resolve underpaid claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for services.
• Utilize billing software to manage claims and payments.
• Strong denial management and claims follow-up skills.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 1+ years in AR Calling (Denial Management, FQHC & FFC concepts).
• Familiarity with billing software/Epic Software.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare , and commercial payer guidelines.

• Shift: Night shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM or 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM) - Two-way cab provided.
