Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller at PRS Healthcare. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, following up on denied or rejected claims, and ensuring timely payment posting. The role requires working closely with the billing and coding team to resolve claim issues and discrepancies. Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an AR caller
• Experience in medical billing and AR management
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in using medical billing software
• Basic knowledge of insurance claim processing
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets
• Prior experience in revenue cycle management is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
