Graduates with minimum 6 months of work experience from BPO International Voice(Mandatory).
Prior BGV experience will be an added advantage.
Candidate should have excellent communication.
Should be flexible to work in US shift timings (5.00 PM to 10.AM) any 9 hours.
Fixed week offs (Sat & Sun), should be flexible to work on sat & sun if there is a business requirement.
Interview rounds: HR discussion / Voice assessment Interview/Ops Interview
