We are currently hiring, who can join us immediately for our Hyderabad location.Job Title: Process Associate - LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS !!!Job Location: Tolichowki, HyderabadJob Type: Full timeJob ResponsibilitiesMust have experience in AR calling & collection for at least 5 to 8 years.Maintains a complete and accurate record of all collection efforts including any corrective arrangements and places notes on the customer\xe2\x80\x99s account in the current system.Make initial contact with delinquent clientsAdhere to health and safety standardsEnsure cash receipts and incoming and outgoing wires, are recorded on timeContacting delinquent customers via telephone and email and maintaining consistent follow-up with these accounts in accordance with the established performance matrixMeeting or exceeding individual cash targets and call volume as assigned on a monthly & quarterly basisWorking with field office personnel and Accounts Receivable Management to identify process deficiencies and implement established best practicesManage/monitor debt recovery of the Collections DepartmentDrive productivity, train and direct work of Collections employeesEducation: Should be a Graduate

• Cab Drop Facility Available.
• Fixed Night Shift \xe2\x80\x93 5:30 pm to 4:30 am
• Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
• Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
