Job Description
We are seeking talented and experienced candidates for the role of Account Receivable (AR Caller) and EV-BV to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidates will be working in a night shift (6.30pm-4am).Account Receivable (AR Caller)Salary Range: 25k-30k (Based on Experience & Skills)Location: AhmedabadExperience: Minimum 6 months+ of relevant experience in AR CallingResponsibilities:Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Contact insurance companies to follow up on claims filed to expedite payment.
- Check the status of claims with insurance companies.
- Handle insurance claim denials and monitor claim status.
- Monitor and verify insurance information for individual patients and procedures.
- Gather information about co-pays, benefits, coverage, and care authorization.
- Enter data, create reports, and validate individual and cross-patient information.
- Fundamental understanding of key payers including Medicaid, Medicare, and private payers.
