:Healthcare RCM Quality AnalystJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Healthcare RCM Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in medical billing and AR calling, with a focus on maintaining high quality standards in the healthcare revenue cycle management process.Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the work of AR Analysts/Callers and document any quality issues

• Assess call quality on various parameters including conversational skills, claims resolution, and voice quality

• Contribute to the development of process documentation

• Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System for ISO

• Provide feedback and collaborate with the training team to deliver remedial training

• Review reports developed by AR Analysts/Callers, such as aging analysis and reasons for denials

• Adhere to company information security guidelines and ethical behavior standards

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Quality Controller for AR with medical billing service providers

• 4 to 6 years of experience in AR Calling/AR Analyst roles

• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes

• Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges

• Excellent communication and typing skills

• Familiarity with end-to-end healthcare processes and AR calling audit

• Adherence to company policies and procedures
