Role :
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR issues, providing guidance and support on key people-related decisions
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and keep abreast of employment law developments
- Provide coaching and support to managers on people-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and the HR function
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the business and the industry, and use this knowledge to inform HR strategy and initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Skill Set Requirement :
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Experience leading HR projects and initiatives from start to finish
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Work experience in High tech Preferred
