: Aptitude Trainer (1+ Year Experience) - Kochi

We are a leading educational institution in Kochi, specializing in skill development and training programs. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Aptitude Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in teaching aptitude and related subjects to students in offline classroom settings. The role requires a passion for teaching, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a commitment to helping students achieve success in competitive exams and placements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct aptitude training sessions for students preparing for competitive exams, placement tests, and entrance exams.
• Teach core topics such as Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, and Analytical Reasoning.
• Create and update training material, including practice exercises, mock tests, and teaching aids.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and additional support where necessary.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide progress reports to students and management.
• Organize doubt clearing sessions and one-on-one coaching as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in aptitude training and incorporate new teaching methods and tools.
• Motivate and engage students, building their confidence and problem-solving skills.
• Work closely with the curriculum development team to ensure course content is relevant and up to date.
• Assist in organizing and conducting mock interviews, group discussions, and placement preparation workshops.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching aptitude in offline settings (educational institutions, coaching centers, etc.).
• Strong command of core aptitude topics, including mathematics, reasoning, and verbal ability.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with online teaching platforms or virtual tools (a plus, though not mandatory).

Preferred Traits :

• Prior experience in training students for competitive exams like GRE, CAT, GATE, or placements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of students, adjusting teaching methods to meet varied learning styles..
