Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer at ALPHA DELVING in Noida & Greater Noida. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting aptitude training sessions, developing course materials, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to help students improve their aptitude skills.

Qualifications

• Aptitude training experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Mathematics, or related field

Job Location: Noida & Greater Noida

Salary: 15,000 to 22,000

Requirements

1) The Candidate must be well-versed in

• Quantitative Aptitude
• Verbal & Non Verbal Reasoning
• Handle batches of 60 students each.

2) The Candidate must be willing to

• Work in Noida & Greater Noida Locations
• 6 Days a Week Working
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective aptitude training sessions.
• Prepare customized training materials and modules tailored to students' needs.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and provide feedback.
