Position type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified aptitude trainer to join our school. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in aptitude test preparation for various Indian competitive exams and a deep understanding of the CBSE mathematics curriculum for grades 8-10. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and effective aptitude training sessions for students preparing for competitive exams like IPMAT, CA, JEE, NEET, KVPY etc. Create and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the latest exam patterns and focuses on developing strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Mentor and guide students, providing academic and personal support to help them navigate the challenges of competitive exam preparation. Provide personalized guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals. Design and teach mathematics lessons for grades 8-10, adhering to the CBSE curriculum. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics or a related field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a residential or similar school setting (preferred). Strong understanding of aptitude test concepts, including reasoning, logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
