About the work from home job/internshipAs an apps maintenance & service intern at Proceedit, you will play a pivotal role within our Proceedit service unit. You'll be working on a variety of functions, including project management, deployment and configuration, training and support, BPaaS (business process as a service) services, and BPO (business process outsourcing) services.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Project management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they run smoothly and are delivered on time
2. Deployment & configuration: Contribute to the deployment and configuration of our apps and solutions to meet customer requirements
3. Training & support: Collaborate on user training and provide efficient support to address user inquiries and issues
4. BPaaS services: Participate in the delivery of Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions to our clients
5.
