Apprenticeship-PDS Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice. In this role, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship while gaining practical experience at Cushman and Wakefield. This apprenticeship provides an excellent opportunity to build essential skills and grow professionally within our organization
About the Role:
• Support the team in day-to-day operations related to Project development Service Line
• Collaborate with project managers to create project plans, define objectives and set timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including project report, issue reports and meeting minutes.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and contribute to business strategies.
• Contribute to administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and coordinating team activities.
• Attend training sessions to develop technical and soft skills.
• Work closely with the assigned mentor to complete structured learning goals and tasks.
About You:
• Diploma /Graduate/Master degree in [relevant discipline: BTech, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, BArch, Architectural Engineering
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
• Interest in real estate
