Job Description


Service the customers via Chat as per contractual requirements whilst adhering to all Capita India policies and proceduresJob title: Apprentice:

  • Attending to customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests via chat along with using and making changes to relevant data on multiple systems.
  • Ability to have multiple live conversations at the same time and multiple asynchronous messages at the same time.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Delivering to individual statistics of Quality & Compliance along with Operational Performance, and Customer centric metrics.
  • Adhering to attendance policy & break schedules within shift
  • Adhering to company policies & procedures
  • Performing System update tasks
  • Ability to adapt to changes and constantly keeping oneself updated with process knowledge and changes in ways of working.
  • Proactiveness in bringing and highlighting any system issues to immediate supervisors.
  • Candidates with good communication.
  • Open to work for 5 days\' rotational shifts.
  • Adhering to attendance policy & break schedules within shift
