• Post: Apprentice/ Officer/ Executive (QC)
• (Role & Responsibilities) :
• Quality Control & Analysis for conducting quality control tests, and analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications. Day-to-day operating and analysis with HPLC and GC.
• Knowledge of TLC, LOD, KF, chemical analysis, flame photometry, ash percentage determination, heavy metal analysis, and UV spectroscopy as well as proficiency in QC documentation and SOPs preparation.
• Knowledge of GLP(good laboratory practices) & its training to down-the-line team.
• Development and optimization of QC procedures, method validation & protocols.
• Prepare and update SOPs, protocols, and other QC documentation as needed, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Qualification & calibration of laboratory equipment/ instruments, performing routine checks & troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Candidate Profile:
• 0-3 years of experience with Analytical, especially HPLC & GC.
• Good exposure, understanding with analytical laboratory settings, including HPLC, GC, pH, TLC, LOD, KF, chemical analysis, flame photometer, ash percentage determination, heavy metal analysis, etc.
• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Understanding of QC documentation practices, SOP preparation, and regulatory compliance requirements in relevant industries (eg. API, pharmaceuticals & chemicals).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Skills : (For experienced person)
• Thorough on handling and analysis with HPLC & GC.
• Extremely meticulous, methodical & process oriented.
• QC procedures, and protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Documentation and report test results in compliance with QC documentation standards.
• Identification/ Investigation of deviations, discrepancies, and abnormalities in results, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues & implement corrective actions.
• Interpersonal skills.
