:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 05About the Apprentice Role:S&P global is looking to hire Non-tech young fresh graduates/postgraduates, only 2023 & 2024 Pass-outs for Apprenticeship for a duration for 11 months. This Program will enable the candidates to learn on the job from S&P Global\'s experts which in turn will equip the candidates to become more skilled in today\'s job market.The Role: Apprentice, Marketing Operations & AnalyticsThe Team: The S&P Global Sustainable1 marketing team was founded to build awareness of S&P Global\'s in-depth Sustainability intelligence providing financial institutions, corporations and governments an unmatched level of clarity and confidence to successfully navigate the transition to a sustainable future. As part of the Sustainability organization - with strong partnership to the business divisions and enterprise marketing team - we focus on providing value to clients, building our brand awareness, and driving front-end pipeline. The marketing operations team sits within the S&P Global Sustainable1 marketing team and oversees the marketing technology stack, budgeting/finance/procurement, and data, analytics and reporting.Responsibilities:

• Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing databases and systems.
• Assist in data standardization efforts to maintain data integrity and improve overall data quality.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data sets.
• Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, such as lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Support marketing campaigns by providing data insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve data-driven decision making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing operations strategies and initiatives.

• Non-tech fresh graduates/postgraduates i.e MBA /BBA / B.Com / M.Com / B.Sc eco. / M.Sc Eco (Year of passing 2023 and 2024 only).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify trends and patterns.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization, etc.).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team in a collaborative environment.
• Prior experience in data entry, data analysis, or marketing operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in data analysis.
