You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and use your analytical and communication to learn, document, and educate around key knowledge and processes as well as suggest points for improvement.What\'s in it for you:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects under the guidance of the technology leadership team.
• Support the administrative functions of the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Take ownership of small-scale projects or project components, seeing them through from initiation to completion.
• Contribute to the creation of project proposals and presentations.
• Learn and apply project management best practices and tools.

What We\'re Looking For:Basic Qualification

• Fresher - B.Tech CS or IT / B.Tech CS or IT + MBA / BCA + MCA or MBA (Passing year 2023 OR 2024 only)
• Willing to work in rotational shift 24*5 work environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Basic understanding of software development and documentation practices.
• Demonstrated project ownership, either academically or through internships, volunteer work, or personal projects.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
