REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Must have basic computer skills which includes ability to use MS Office applications.
• Must have basic typing skills - ability to type content with ease.
• Must have the necessary English skills to understand and communicate with the customers
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• You will ensure calls to the delinquent customers for EMI collections as per target allocated.
• You will regularly track of each account with complete feedback
• You will analyze & highlight the red alert cases which are going to be critical in future. You will need to find out the reason for the bounce, how many intentional defaulters/financial crisis/ disputes or any other issue.
• All data of the analytics team to be used properly and must act on the data provided.
• You will preparing Daily MIS in order to find out bounce and resolution percentage from delinquent pool
• You will ensure all the payments collected are updated in the system on a timely basis by accounts team.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
