Your Role:



As an Apprentice - Finance at Innovaccer, you will be an integral part of our Finance team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of finance operations. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the financial success of the organization. This role is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for a career in finance while being mentored by experienced professionals in the field.


A Day in the Life


• Collaborate with colleagues to analyze financial data and trends, providing insights for decision-making.
• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring their accuracy.
• Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Participate in financial audits and compliance activities.
• Assist in tax & compliance .
• Engage in learning sessions and mentorship meetings with finance professionals to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the finance team.


What You Need:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a related field. of batch 2019,2020,2021, 2022, and 2023 only
• Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of a minimum of 1 year
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for finance and a desire to build a successful career in the field
