We seek individuals capable of cultivating interest and generating leads. Prior sales experience would be advantageous, particularly considering the significance of proficient English communication when engaging with American business proprietors. While we value efficient dialing, our priority lies in producing substantial results - generating multiple appointments or warm transfers that culminate in successful closures. Our emphasis is not on high-volume dialing, but rather on fostering engaging conversational interactions that stimulate interest, ultimately facilitating the efforts of our skilled callers in finalizing deals.
Essentially the VAs will have four main tasks
1. Cold Calling - target 100 dials per day (focus is on conversation quality and not dial quantity - this will be further enforced throughout onboarding and training)
2. Interest Generation and Warm Transfer - The prospect expresses interest in conducting a warm transfer and sharing key details.
3. Appointment Setting - If the warm transfer is not available create an appt with our CRM and collect all necessary information.
4. CRM Management - log notes/outcomes and appointments (we have a guide on how we want it already)
Your daily Responsibilities would include:
1. Make as many outbound phone calls each to generate potential buyer/seller leads. At least 150 calls a day and set up at least 3-4 Appointments
2. You will be required to make phone calls, text messaging, and email leads using the Company CRM and Live Transfer or Schedule appointments
3. Update the CRM daily after each activity; including typing notes and scheduling appointments
4. Move the statuses/pipeline stage of the leads according to our protocol (there will onboarding training for this)
5. Relentless follow-ups with prospects
6. Follow Questionnaire "scripts" when speaking with a prospect
7. Send a daily report
