We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary objective is to set up meetings that enable our sales professionals to present our customized advertising solutions and close deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and send messages to gym owners to introduce AdSync Media\'s Facebook advertising services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand potential clients\' needs and pain points.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and effective communication.
- Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- A passion for fitness and an understanding of the gym industry is a plus.
