• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• To handle international customers From Video Shopping (Facetime, whatsaap, Skype, Facebook)
• A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products & services.
• Online order processing from Inquiry to order Delivery
• E-commerce activities
• Maintain good relationship with customers
Required Candidate profile
• Must have fluent English Communications(verbal & written both)
• Basic sales skills & Computer Knowledge
