Required Skills :

Working knowledge of Relational database (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres\xe2\x80\xa6), application servers and SQL programming.
Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating system administration, virtualization, and process visualization.
Understanding of Cloud Environment and application services.
Experience in managing Information Systems and services.
Working Knowledge on ITSM, escalation processes and administration.
Good knowledge of project management and methodologies.
Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
Able to coordinate with Development, Infrastructure team and Architects to ensure that tasks are completed and supported.
Able to ensure Fix, upgrade and maintenance of Software environment.
Understanding of both SDLC and Change Management processes.
Responsible to maintain Standard Operating Procedures and recommend changes whenever required.
Train and mentor new team members as per skillset required to deliver the services.
Drive creation of knowledge base articles and documentation to proactively address needs and reduce support tickets.
Establish and reinforce best practices for the Support team
Written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

Knowledge of operational management, metrics-based processes, and service delivery under ITIL.
Has experience working in Customer Based environment with handling of International User Base.
Working experience in publishing of Knowledge Articles for End Users.
