Key Responsibilities:


• Provide technical advice for the improvement and maintenance of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Fusion or cloud product (Base HR -must, Absence management- preferred, Learning-preferred).
• Provide support with Integrations, Reports, HCM Extracts, HDL Data Loader and HDL Fast Formulas.
• Understand the business requirements and design the components based on that.
• Perform Unit Testing.
• Timely delivery of the components.
• Coordinate and liaise with testers during user acceptance testing phase and help resolve any defects or issues.
• Manage the relevant system documentation: finalised business requirement document, impact assessment sheet, configuration workbook.
• technical design documents, Unit Test Scripts, defect logs and runbook for production delivery.
• Work with functional service desk and support analysts to assist in troubleshooting during hypercare. Ensure timely closure of any production issues.
• Review the impact of Oracle's quarterly release notes on proposed and current system design.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and assist with smooth transition to BAU.
##### Qualifications:


• Degree related to Computer Science, IT or HR.


Relevant Knowledge and Experience:


• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HCM Technical Role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules (cloud knowledge is a must, ebs knowledge is an added advantage, BIP reports is must, HCM Extract is must, SQL and PL/SQL is must, Informatica is added advantage).
• Hands on experience with Development of Reports, Extracts and Integrations.
• Skilled problem-solver and detail oriented. Ability to identify technical risks, present solutions to non-technical personnel and influence technical decisions.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility to coordinate and support activities beyond regular working hours.
• Experience in project based and/or engineering industry a plus.
