DescriptionPurposeThe Senior Software engineer / Application Lead \xe2\x80\x93 SAP ABAP, is a key individual contributor role that has responsibility for solutioning SAP applications at Mast Global through designing and converting business processes into technical solution to deliver business capabilities. He/she will be working with cross functional and technical teams globally to identify, propose and implement technology solution.Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP technologies like classical ABAP and/or ABAP with OO concepts, ABAP Reports, Module Pool, BAPI and User Exits, Enhancement Framework and BADI.\xc2\xb7Expert in SAP enhancement techniques, OO Concepts, Web Dynpro ABAP, and generic ABAP (all RICEFW), Tools like BDT.\xc2\xb7Must have worked on SAP implementations and/or support projects for SAP Integration related with third-party e.g.: OpenText.\xc2\xb7Candidate should have hands-on experience in MVC architecture and different floor plans.\xc2\xb7Candidate should have knowledge on FPM enhancements/validation with experience on different FPM UIBB elements.\xc2\xb7Must have experience in retail-based SAP process and custom development for PPM and RE-FX\xc2\xb7Drive design, development, implementation and documentation of solutions in SAP domain\xc2\xb7Practice of modern software engineering including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and releasing.\xc2\xb7Contribute to the success of the implementation by applying SAP technical skills, to design and deploy enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.\xc2\xb7Good to have S4 HANA transition experience.\xc2\xb7Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle\xc2\xb7Coordinate with functional team to understand the requirement and design effective solutions.\xc2\xb7Work closely with the technical team and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.
