Description
Purpose The Senior Software engineer / Application Lead \xe2\x80\x93 SAP ABAP, is a key individual contributor role that has responsibility for solutioning SAP applications at Mast Global through designing and converting business processes into technical solution to deliver business capabilities. He/she will be working with cross functional and technical teams globally to identify, propose and implement technology solution. Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP technologies like classical ABAP and/or ABAP with OO concepts, ABAP Reports, Module Pool, BAPI and User Exits, Enhancement Framework and BADI.
- Expert in SAP enhancement techniques, OO Concepts, Web Dynpro ABAP, and generic ABAP (all RICEFW), Tools like BDT.
- Must have worked on SAP implementations and/or support projects for SAP Integration related with third-party e.g.: OpenText.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in MVC architecture and different floor plans.
- Candidate should have knowledge on FPM enhancements/validation with experience on different FPM UIBB elements.
- Must have experience in retail-based SAP process and custom development for PPM and RE-FX
- Drive design, development, implementation and documentation of solutions in SAP domain
- Practice of modern software engineering including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and releasing.
- Contribute to the success of the implementation by applying SAP technical skills, to design and deploy enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
- Good to have S4 HANA transition experience.
- Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Coordinate with functional team to understand the requirement and design effective solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).

Qualifications Education
- Required- Preferably the candidate should be from Technical Background i.e B.E / B.TECH CS or Information technology , ME /MTECH/MCA
- 8 - 10 years of SAP ABAP with 4+ years of experience in retail environment.
- At least 1 -2 full end to end implementation experience mandatory.
- Prefer to have an understanding of development process in SAP HANA, UI5/FIORI development and exposure to HANA Enterprise Cloud Architecture.
- Demonstrated progression in roles in previous organization.
- Extensive experience in working in Cross functional team in a geographically distributed environment.
- Excellent Oral, Written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid presentation skills.
