Job Title Applications Solutions Analyst - SAP Commissions SummaryJob Title : Applications Solutions AnalystJob Location : GurugramJob Details : Responsible to act as an intermediary between the brokerage operations community, the controllership team and the deal management (SFDC, Callidus, Workday, Payroll) technical community to frontline for all questions related to Operations/Desktop Procedure and how technical platforms support the expected outcome. This role would report to the Sr. Manager Corporate Solutions - Commissions PlatformsRoles and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Technicalo User Setup and maintenanceo Ability to reconcile data integrations across all platforms (SFDC to Workday to Callidus). This may include the development and maintenance of a process to validate the movement of data throughout the platform.o Coordinate and work with help desk team to develop Knowledge Base Articleso Ability to coordinate with Operations and controllership users to identify functional enhancements which benefit the organization as a wholeo Schedule and run reports as requiredo Perform various data loads as requiredo Database queryingo Report Developmento Some experience with scripting languages like Groovy or Python preferred (but not required)o Serve as tier 1 support to troubleshoot any issues within the Callidus application and work with users to resolve, or escalate as needed.\xc2\xb7 Problem Solving/Critical Thinkingo Ability to investigate the root cause and escalation to the proper technology teams (while keeping other teams in loop).o Ability to reverse engineer a problem to rectify payment reconciliation.\xc2\xb7 Trainingo Ability to train the user base on Existing functionalities and Desktop Procedures.o Enhancement web training for the field with releases or adhoc basis\xc2\xb7 Processes, System and operationalo Document and maintain user manuals for processes to process commission payrollo Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements, as needed.Testingo Collaborate with operations and controllership to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)o UAT participation in testing across all platformso Primary focus on regression testingo Enhancement web training for the field with every releaseRequirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelor's Degree or Professional Industry Designation\xc2\xb7 2+ years of professional IT work experience\xc2\xb7 Or any similar combination of education and experience\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of Brokerage, Marketing, Research, enterprise applications, and business processes\xc2\xb7 Experience writing business requirements and User Acceptance Test Cases and Scripts\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to gather business needs and develop technical requirements\xc2\xb7 Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions\xc2\xb7 Solid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skills\xc2\xb7 Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service\xc2\xb7 Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements\xc2\xb7 Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products\xc2\xb7 Excellent oral and written communication skillsPhysical Requirements\xc2\xb7 Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day\xc2\xb7 May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner\xc2\xb7 Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type\xc2\xb7 Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you\xc2\xb7 Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays\xc2\xb7 Ability to observe details at close range.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from;
