Additionally working with the most current versions of Oracle\'s industry leading world-class high-tech database and cloud application products.Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)Our OAL ERP EPM staff form a solutions focused team within Oracle Application Labs (OAL) Department\'s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) group. Our team\'s new initiatives include design, development and implementation of solutions for a wide range of internal company global business and system teams including ERP, EPM and General Ledger Budgeting and Planning, Sales Force planning, tax, cash applications, Finance KPI and business Reporting teams, and more. These applications and solutions are critical to Oracle as they are used to drive general ledger accounting, sales, planning, and compensation customization tools to support Oracle\'s global sales and financial focused work force and processes.Essential Functions:\xe2\x80\xa2 Enthusiasm and passion for building next-gen enterprise applications\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem solving and analytical skills\xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge, experience, and skills in Java, Springboot, JPA, ADF, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, PL/SQL, and Eclipse\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to research new frameworks, technologies and write up recommendations for adoption\xe2\x80\xa2 Implement high performing complex cross functional solutions with excellent quality in both the deliverables and in the delivery process\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a fast paced virtual environment that demands co-ordination across time-zones\xe2\x80\xa2 Work with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and effective technical solutions.Desired Industry Experience:\xe2\x80\xa2 Overall experience of 2 to 7 years in enterprise application development (preferably Oracle) using Java focused tools and web services development methodologies\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with REST web services, cloud and database development, and front end frameworks\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience and proven effectiveness with project management, communications with business and technical audiences, and use of collaboration tools\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in SAFe Agile teams, design, development and collaboration approach\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to take ownership and work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team within a structured development organization\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Software Development Life Cycle activities - feasibility review, requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and maintenanceEducation and Certification:The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree, preferably a graduate degree, in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, or related field.General Considerations:Candidates would be comfortable working within Oracle\'s policies and procedures, their local team, group, and global company\'s culture, and effectively reporting to and supporting their management team.   • Collaborating to collect system change requirements with our business partners
  • Perform feasibility analysis and developing detailed design based on provided specifications
  • Assist in system change scoping, scheduling, and implementation planning
  • Build enhancements (including new product features and existing functionality enhancements)
  • Production operations support for the solutions our team own
  • Build and execute unit test and unit test plans
  • Participate in review of solution proposals, designs, and test plans and contribute to improve the results
  • Interact with business partners, other OAL Development teams, product groups and infrastructure operations on projects and operations
  • Learning and using OAL\'s standard tools to effectively report on and manage your work
