Knowhow in IT systems
Experience in Application Management Processes, Governance and Policies
Experience in end to end Application Management and Regulatory Compliance framework and methodologies
Experience in coordination with Application stakeholders and consultancy in complying to controls as per organization policies
Good Business Process knowledge (Like Purchasing, logistics, Sales, etc.,)
Experience in SAP authorizations (SAP roles, transaction codes, etc.,) will be an added advantage
Experience in SAP Governance, and Compliance processes
Overview and Experience in Information, Project, IT Security, Data protection and/or IAM and GRC Processes will be an added advantage
Good working knowledge in MS office (Excel, word and PPT). Know-how in excel functions (E.g., Pivot table, charts , lookup functions, etc.,)
Basic overview and experience in VBA scripts, Macros and BI reporting tools will be an added advantage
Professional oral and written communication skills
Know-how on ITIL service management processes will be an added advantage
Should be a good team player, flexible and deadline oriented
ResponsibilityConsultancy to Application stakeholders in implementing the Governance, Security policies and processes in the Applications
Support towards Security and compliance controls with respect to various Bosch/Industry regulations
Consultancy towards concept and documents creation and maintenance as per the policy requirements to Applications
Follow the roadmap as aligned with customer unit in completion of Policy implementations and controls in the Applications
Ensure the customer KPI's, quality and deliverables are met
Request handing on all the support queries from the customers and Escalation handling on need basis
Consult users on Authorization related topics
Ticket handling and query handling
