Job Title: Application UI Designer

Job Location : Thane

: As an Application UI Designer at Appdid Infotech LLP you will play a critical role in designing user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and functional interfaces for our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into compelling and effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all application platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
• Present and justify design decisions and concepts to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing application design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development (Flutter , Dart ) is a plus.
