Job TitleDelivery Lead, Counterparty & Market Risk SystemsRole Summary & Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for leading the Engineering team that would design & implement inhouse applications/solutions and integrate the vendor products into the complex landscape of the Banks Risk Infrastructure which include Datalake and Hadoop ecosystemResponsible for implementation, delivery & support locally. This also involves integration, reporting & analytics, CDCI, test automation and application support.Required core skills -

• java, spring boot, microservices architecture

• experience in leading teams, designing fault tolerant systems

• understanding of javascript framework, specifically reactjs

• understanding of event framework such as Kafka

Good to have -

• experience on AWS

• experience on big data stack such as hadoop/spark

Core/Must have skillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in design or architecting the solution with minimum requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, developers, managers and the end-usersMinimum of 12 Years of experience in coding, debugging and analytical skills: Core problem solving skills, ability to analyze available data and potential solutions, eliminate possible solutions and select an optimal solution.Minimum of 12 Years of hands-on programming experience in core & Advanced JavaStrong knowledge of: Spring, Multithreading, memory management, Spring batch, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, SQL.Strong knowledge of Databases - Cloud, Oracle, Data lake etc.Hands-on experience in CICD.Use advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project scheduleHands-on Technology Experience (Desirable): Should have good understanding of DevOps, Cloud computing and the emerging technologies.Good to have skillsExperience working in a geographically spread out teamStrong Leadership & Client Facing SkillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenResults-oriented: Tenacious, gets things done, should know how to approach the problem statement and identify solutionsSelf-starter & able to work with minimal guidance, and ability to establish oneself within the teamKeywords (If any)Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent field from top schools.Individual contributor with 14 to18 years of related software development experience.
