Job Description
Job Role: Application Support Lead Experience Required: 2-5 years Location: Noida (WFO) Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of application support specialists. Oversee day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders for effective support. Implement monitoring tools, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement. Generate and analyze reports on application performance. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, with leadership experience. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ITIL certification (a plus). Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
