About the team Worldpay\xe2\x80\x99s eComm Engineering branch specialises in delivering online payment services to our customers and are looking for Engineers to join our team and take our systems to the next level.Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we strive to deliver effective solutions for our customers using our evolving payment platform.We are looking for proactive team players who would like to work in the Fintech sector, with likeminded individuals that want to develop robust and scalable applications for the growing market. What you will be doing

• Provide 24X7 support.
• Work in morning, evening and night shifts and on weekends on rotational basis.
• Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
• Installs, maintains, and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.
• Detects, diagnosis and reports related problems.
• Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in Application Support ,Customer Support
• Working knowledge of Servicenow, Control-M, Splunk
• This position requires to work on night shifts
• Good knowledge of SQL, Linux, MS Office
• Good understanding about ITIL, ITSM Tools & Process
• Working experience of Incident Management, Change & Problem Management
• Better communication skills & emailing etiquettes.

Added bonus if you have:

• Good networking knowledge (network layers, TCP/IP) will be an added advantage.
• Payments and/or Banking domain experience
• Automation experience
• Experience of Financial Services industry.
• Experience of working in matrix management of resources.
