both finance and luxury retail. Role and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements,
identify optimal solutions, and translate them into actionable plans. \xc2\xb7 Lead end-to-end IT project management for both B B Banthia Finance
Pvt Ltd and B B Banthia Jewellers LLP, ensuring timely delivery within budget
and scope, leveraging third-party solution providers and vendors as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Conduct user acceptance tests to validate compliance with initial
user requirements. \xc2\xb7 Efficiently prioritize tasks and allocate resources to achieve
project objectives. \xc2\xb7 Supervise teams responsible for IT Support, IT Operations, IT
Hardware, and MIS across both sectors. \xc2\xb7 Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure
seamless project execution aligned with organizational goals. \xc2\xb7 Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to refine project
management processes and methodologies. Skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field; BSC IT/BSC CS/BCA or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2-3 years of total experience in project management, vendor management, and team leadership. \xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of the Gold/NBFC domain, project management
methodologies, and industry best practices. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Excel, project management tools, and software
applications. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Office IT Hardware requirements. \xc2\xb7 Strong people management and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced
