As an App Support specializing in voice process support, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance and support to users of our mobile applications through voice calls. You will handle incoming calls from customers, diagnose technical issues, and provide effective solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from users seeking technical assistance with our mobile applications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers over the phone. Provide timely and accurate solutions or workarounds to resolve customer problems. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.
Document all customer interactions and the steps taken to resolve issues in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer support experience.
Stay updated on product features, technical issues, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field troubleshooting skills with the ability to systematically approach and solve problems.
Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and mobile app functionality. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
Languages: English, Hindi & Telugu (Good Communication Skill)
