We are seeking a knowledgeable application support engineer to monitor and maintain the efficiency of our software applications. To ensure success as an application support engineer, you should possess extensive experience in providing application support in a fast-paced environment. Top-Notch application support engineers distinguish themselves by being proactive in providing application support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1-5 years of work experience on Application support.
• Should have insurance knowledge.
• Respond to client phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Follow up on tickets on a daily basis
• Close tickets when the issue is resolved and client has confirmed, with complete and accurate documentation.
• Escalate tickets to higher level support and continue to follow up until client issue is resolved.
• Perform routine maintenance on client site databases and applications
• Maintain and provide high level customer service
• Diagnose software/operator problems and recommend solutions
• Guide customers in the using software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technological problems
• Excellent English communications.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Proficient in MySQL
• Understanding of Web applications
