Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector, you can find your opportunity here.Who You AreRequired Skills and ExperienceTotal 8+ years industry experienceHaving knowledge & experience in managing of Telecom Campaign management OEM products 6D /Paletro or similar product stack.5-7 years of experience in a Technical Support Resolution or SME role in similar product lineProven experience in planning and implementing of application manage services and service path monitoringShould have exposure on managing IPC management process in OEM product suitsExpertise in operating campaign management application system used in Telecom service industryPreferred Skills and ExperienceShould have B Tech Comp Sc / MCA and equivalent degreeSystematic and troubleshooting skillsGood knowledge of Oracle / PG database , UNIXExceptional communication (verbal and written) skillsGood knowledge of telecom business process and servicesRoles & Responsibility

  • Product SME / Application Operation support
  • Support resolve L2 level issues and prepare knowledge management database
  • Perform trouble shooting and RCA documentation
  • Perform IPC process across product lines
  • Application configuration management
  • Product/Services testing and roll-out into production environment
  • Stake holder and vendor management
