What We\'ll Bring: . Will be working in consumer dispute & Email operations process . Address and Resolve consumer queries/requests/ complaints pertaining to credit reports/score/personal dispute . Ensure all emails are responded to correctly and completely within the prescribed SL . Must be able to draft responses independently as template responses are to be used selectively . Identify & escalate probable escalations or sensitive issues for faster resolution . Working on multiple applications and preparing credit report post analyzing complaints . Regularly interacting with Consumer/Company/ Member bank representatives through phone/email and fast-track resolution of disputes/complaints What You\'ll Bring: : The Application Support Associate collaborates with teams from various disciplines to support and maintain TransUnion\'s 24x7 mission critical production business environments. The Application Support team serves as the custodian of business environments, ensuring the availability, stability, and dependability of TransUnion\'s business applications. This position is for Chennai area. Primary Responsibilities: The Application Support Associate will be in charge of supporting and maintaining TransUnion\'s mission critical production business environment 24 hours a day, seven days a week 24/7. Serve as a single point of contact for Enterprise Applications command and control. Monitoring, triaging, escalation, and resolution of business-impacting incidents will be part of the activities. Determine any production monitoring needs and set up monitoring dashboards and/or alerting. The position will interact with a variety of groups, including other IT support teams, application development, vendors, and customers, among others. Perform pre- and post-release validations to ensure production stability and successful change implementation. Coordination with the Release team to ensure the successful deployment of application releases in both the Production and Non-Production environments. While carrying out their responsibilities, adheres to the established processes/methodologies and practices. This could include keeping track of run books and technical documentation for individual applications. Recognize and automate repetitive tasks using various tools available. Position Requirements: Excellent logical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and e-mail communication skills Excellent understanding of ITIL Processes like incident, problem, change and configuration management. ITIL foundation certification preferred. Working knowledge of Linux. Knowledge of Shell Scripting is an added advantage. Knowledge of Python. Working knowledge of Python is an added advantage. Previous experience with batch process monitoring, scheduling, tracking, and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
