Louis Dreyfus Company, a privately held firm involved primarily in the international trading and merchandising of agricultural commodities, is looking for an IT Application Support Analyst to join our India Head Office in Gurgaon.This position will have direct interaction with all levels of Company management, and may serve as the foundation for a career in finance, operations, or general managementMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESv. Industry Operations Knowledge
vi. Has worked in Commodity Trading environment, but not necessary
vii. Must have good ERP applications support experiences that focus on Supply Chain management, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Sales and Distribution channels, manufacturing, etc
viii. Production Support
ix. Assists in managing/coordinating/and supporting our Global commodity Trading system (ATLAS)
x. Liaise and coordinate with other regions (and different vendors across multiple regions) to provide support globally to our users within our organization
xi. Issues/Problems/Requests Management using JIRA & Service Now
xii. Analysis of requirements/problems and offer practical solutions based on ATLAS functionalities / capabilities
xiii. Analyze, categorize and identify the recurrent root causes, patterns and propose permanent fixes, enhancements
xiv. Ensure an accurate and complete tracking of the incidents and service requests.
xv. Perform daily checks and apply recovery and troubleshooting procedures strictly.
xvi. Ensure and accurate and clear communication to users and partners.
xvii. Works with end-users to identify required changes
xviii. Technical Understanding of the nature of the issues
xix. Possesses sound knowledge of Infrastructure related components like Citrix, Active Directory, JIRA, Service Now concepts, etc so as to coordinate with various vendors to resolve issues/problems
xx. Others
xxi. Ability to communicate and articulate issues/problems/proposals across the organizationQUALIFICATIONS TO PERFORM THE JOB
