  • Documenting the BRD, FSD/UD & Project Planning
  • Lead and manage Change The Business CRs & Projects for Collection and Payment applications
  • Lead and manage Run The Business Production support for Collection & Payments applications
  • Should be able to handle Vendors during the phases like BRD, FSD, development and implementation and post-production support.
  • Good Technical Knowledge
  • Good Functional Knowledge of Collection & Payment systems
  • Good domain Knowledge of NBFC Or Banking sector and their Systems/Applications
  • Good communication skills
Major Deliverables:
  • Managing the SDLC cycle
  • Requirement gathering and documenting the functional process from different verticals
  • Assisting Users in BRD finalization, UAT.
  • Evaluation of solution and efforts for change request.
  • Reviews of Change Requests and Defects of existing live applications.
  • SIT & UAT testing
  • implementing the Projects, CRs, Bugs.
  • Responsible for monitoring the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management receiving incidents and requests from end-users.
  • hands on oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • Implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow organizations to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents
  • Write, review, or execute plans for testing new or established Collection & Payment systems
  • Analyze, interpret, or disseminate system performance data
  • Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures
  • Consult with end users regarding problems in Collection and Payment systems.
  • Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users
  • Proactively identify project risks (e.g., technical risks, compliance challenges) and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the project remains within the allocated budget while delivering quality results.
  • Manage resources effectively across technical and functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Provide L2 and L3 support in the Document Management Systems as per the defined SLA
  • Identify areas of improvement for collections and payment processes, such as reducing transaction processing time or improving reconciliation accuracy.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess the success of the project and identify lessons learned for future improvements.
  • Provide regular executive-level reports summarizing project status, key achievements, risks, and next steps.
  • Maintain alignment between business and technical teams, ensuring that both functional needs and technical capabilities are balanced and met.
Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate / B.E / BTech
Desired Experience: 10 to 15 Years
