As an App On-boarding Associate in the voice process, you will be responsible for guiding users through the initial setup and usage of our mobile application via voice-based interactions. You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, troubleshoot any issues users encounter, and provide clear instructions and assistance to help them maximize the app's features.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with users via inbound and outbound calls to assist them with app installation, registration, and initial setup.
• Walk users through the app's features, functionalities, and navigation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to app installation and setup.
• Provide solutions to user queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow up with users to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain a positive and professional interactions with users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the onboarding process and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles, preferably in a voice-based support environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to empathize with users and prioritize their needs.
• Familiarity with mobile applications and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools is a plus.
