am looking to Hire a Study Abroad Application Manager (2+ Years Experience) for a Study Abroad Company based out of Jaipur.

Job Title: - Study Abroad Application Manager (2+ Years Experience as University Application Manager)

Job Type: - Full Time (On-Site)

Required Experience: - Minimum 2 Years of Experience as an Application Manager working with Universities of Europe (Italy, Germany, Spain, France)/South Korea

Job Location: - Jaipur, Rajasthan (India)

Salary: - Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000 + Incentive

Roles & Responsibilities

Pre-assessment of your student profile for university selection and application.

University/program search.

University application submission.

Scholarship application submission.

Document uploads.

Establish a mechanism to maintain contact with students through webinars, phone calls, and emails to inform them of our process and remind them to submit documents on time.

Create and maintain a database of universities and programs for students across various programs and countries.

Create and maintain a database of scholarships available to students across different countries and programs. Ensure that counsellors share this list with students.

Develop a system to estimate the workload associated with each stage of the application pipeline (university shortlisting, documentation, visa, and financial counselling). Ensure that students progress through these stages efficiently.

Monitor the performance of counsellors and document writers to prevent students from missing deadlines.

Generate and maintain weekly reports that clearly display the number of students at each stage of the application process.
