Job Description
:We are now looking for an experienced and qualified candidate with the main mission to work as Application Manager IT M365.Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
- Within this role, you will be collaborating closely with the AMB, Epiroc IT teams as well as external vendors.
- Together with the AMB, you will drive change requests, as well as coordinate and manage the maintenance organization for the application.
- Within approved frames for the application maintenance plans and change requests, you will prioritize and make decisions to manage applications.
- Additionally, you will set up processes for the maintenance of the application.
- A University degree in relevant fields or similar knowledge developed through working experience.
- A good overall knowledge of the Microsoft 365 SaaS world.
- As you will be collaborating with colleagues around the world, a good command of the English language is crucial.
- It is also beneficial if you have experience within pm3 application maintenance management, have ITIL knowledge and have experience within project management.
- You have advanced skills in talking to customers and setting expectations, and a good understanding of IT technical components and their impact on availability, functionality, user experience and performance.
- You are an open and a team oriented person with clear vision on how to lead productive discussions that turn out to Pareto-optimal solutions.
