Regularly interacts with: Internal Lead Technical Architect Software Team Solution delivery Head External Customers Ecosystem Partners Primary Responsibilities: Cloud VMs resource finalisation in line with HES & MD Application requirement Identifying and using appropriate cloud services to support applications on the cloud Migrating on-premise application on cloud platforms Designing and deploying dynamically scalable, available, fault tolerant & reliable applications on the cloud Maintaining the usage of cloud services and implementing cost saving strategies Define & maintain back up policies Define & maintain security policies for all the cloud resources Understanding of application life cycle management Identifying the load balancer requirements for the projects Deployment and maintenance of Linux servers and Linux based applications Prepare the development, implementation, maintenance and control in several segments of application software Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to the metering system and its associated applications. Document system issues and resolutions Perform all tasks and activities arising from the requirements of the standards to which the company is certified and other relevant technical standards, organisation regulations and instructions. Provide and upgrades the system for operational efficiency in several segments of the application software Essential Skills & Experience: Depth knowledge of networking e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall Exp. In software application implementation Experience in monitoring and auditing systems Skills for developing, deploying & debugging HES & MDM applications Virtualization, Containerization; Docker and Kubernetes Network Security Web services and application programming interfaces (APIs) Storage, Data Backup and Archival Understanding of Disaster Recovery, High Availability Good hands-on on a Linux operating system, Kafka, Grafana Personal Attributes: Highly motivated self-starter. Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills. Strong long-term commitment to making the company a success. Able to identify risks and estimate work. Able to time-box development and spikes, effectively trading off time, quality and scope.
