JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Conduct training sessions for customers on SolidWorks software and related applications.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Assist in the implementation and customization of SolidWorks software to meet customer needs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
Stay updated on the latest SolidWorks features, enhancements, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering
Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Effective communication skills to conduct training sessions or workshops
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel across and within the assigned territory for Customer meetings (Two Wheeler is mandatory)
