Job Description

Responsibilities:Core Activities\xc2\xb7 Assess customer site for installation requirements, design engineering & commissioning. Complete complex and integrated system designs with technical requirements.\xc2\xb7 Assist for application engineer during programming and site activities as well as technical project management.\xc2\xb7 Support Project performance to achieve, on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention. Suggest cost effective solutions to improve project GM.\xc2\xb7 Support as necessary for trouble free Project engineering, commissioning.\xc2\xb7 Assist during FAT, SAT and remote system staging.\xc2\xb7 Define scope of the project for engineering & commissioning activities. Plan/ schedule technical resource requirements of the same.\xc2\xb7 Supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures for on-time project completion.\xc2\xb7 Use Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and software to field delivery team.\xc2\xb7 Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld and Honeywell SOPs are adhered to.\xc2\xb7 Drive common best practice system designs and engineered solutions. Issue of Design submittal in accordance with project planning requirements.\xc2\xb7 Handle Large projects independently & assist Sr. Application Eng. Supervisor.\xc2\xb7 Assist the Project Manager in contacts with Client representatives for the handover of the systems.\xc2\xb7 Ensures the preparation of final reports and certificates.\xc2\xb7 Coordinates with Vendor/ Supplier representatives on design, commissioning & HO requirements.\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with Design Department for submission and approval of Drawings from consultant / client\xc2\xb7 Systems Known: FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, PAS, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems.Systems & Platforms\xc2\xb7 FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, PAS, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems BACNet, LON, ModbusOthers\xc2\xb7 MS Office\xc2\xb7 MS Excel\xc2\xb7 MS PowerPoint\xc2\xb7Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.\xc2\xb7 2-5 years of work experience in a project\'s environment, with extensive on-site knowledge\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems, BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC and other protocols\xc2\xb7 Advanced Network / PC certification\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects\xc2\xb7 Previous exposure to a site base, construction environmentAdditional Information
