Job Description

Detailed job duties include:

Together with the sales team as the technical support.

Able to identify and provide reliable solutions for customer needs.

Need to address all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages.

Support colleagues with technical information and solutions.

Be responsible for the Test lab, Trial, and demo for the vacuum system.

Be a cog in the machinery for each project where we design customer specific solutions together

To some extent have technical briefings with new customers about the operation and service of their system for material transport with Vacuum.

Responsible for installation & commissioning of the system at the

customer site with help of technicians.

Qualification:

Diploma & B.E Mechanical (Fresher or <4 years experience).

Must be able to work in an office environment with minimal supervision and have the ability for flexibility during shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed (either on-site or off-site)

Ability to work independently is preferred
